The lubricating oil used in concrete mixing station must be very pure and clean, and no impurities or dust in the mud should be allowed to prevent damage to the lubrication and the surface of parts of the mixer. The amount of lubricating oil must be sufficient, and the reservoir added to the tank or oil pool should reach the water content specified in the berth.

Before the equipment of mixing station stops, it should unload first, then close all the switches and pipelines in order. All the cement in the spiral pipe should be transported out, and no material should be left in the equipment pipe of mixing station. During the freezing period, the water stored in the water pump, additive pump, water tank and additive tank should also be exhausted, and the equipment of mixing station and additive pump should be started to work for 1-2 minutes. After shutdown, all parts of mixing plant equipment should be cleaned and cleaned, and the weighing accuracy should be ensured. The cleaning of the mixer should be in place.

Because during construction, some raw materials or semi-finished products will fall around the conveyor belt or mixing cylinder. If not cleaned in time, they will accumulate together, which will affect the normal operation of the entire conveyor belt. So when the concrete mixing station is running, it should be cleaned up continuously. When producing cement and stabilized soil and gravel, it should be cleaned up as soon as the machine stops.
